I'm Nathan -- photographer hero, writing guru, runner, dog lover. We have four cats. If you want one, please call me.

- Born in Omaha, raised in Iowa, based in Lincoln since 2000.
- Office work has never been my thing. I traded a cubicle in Iowa for a tent in Alaska. It was worth it.
- I make really awesome chicken wings. They make people weep with joy.
- I crave adventure. I like finding the magic in everyday life. It's always there if you take the time to look.
- I change my mind a lot. Sue me.
- But when I finally commit to something, I go all out.

I love storytelling, through both pictures and words. But I don't tell tall tales or outright fabrications. I find the truth to be far more fascinating.

I have a knack for making friends out of people who start out as clients. People mean a lot to me, especially when they trust me with their important pictures. That trust is an honor and a blessing.

When I'm not shooting, I'm running 50 or 100 miles for fun, driving around aimlessly, or annoying my family.
